| ShuttleInternet customers are requested to take note of our Internet Usage Policy detailed below, which must be strictly adhered to at all times. |

| 1. Customers are prohibited from sending 419 or other SPAM emails from
the network. Failure to comply with this policy will result in
the customer being reported to the EFCC and expulsion from the cafe. Customers will also face a life-time ban from using the facilities. |

| 2. Customers are prohibited from using 'Email Extractor' type applications
on the network. Failure to comply with this policy will result in
the customer being reported to the EFCC and expulsion from the cafe. Customers will also face a life-time ban from using the facilities. |

| 3. Customers are prohibited from using 'Credit Card Number Generation'
type applications on the network. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the customer being reported to the EFCC and expulsion from the cafe. Customers will also face a life-time ban from using the facilities. |

| 4. Customers are prohibited from manually shutting down or restarting the PC
systems. |
| |
| 5. Customers are prohibited from consuming food and/or beverages within
the facility. |
| |
| 6. Only a single customer is permitted to use any one PC at a time. |
| |
| 7. Customers are requested to treat our staff with respect and politeness at all times. Any displays of verbal or physical abuse directed at members of our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will result in immediate expulsion from the cafe and a life-time ban from using the facilities. |

| 8. Customers are prohibited from damaging any of the assets within the
facility including computer equipment, chairs, tables and walls. Breaches
of this policy will result in immediate expulsion from the cafe and a life-time
ban from using the facilities. Vandalism charges will also be filed against the customer with the Nigerian Police. |

| 9. Unaccompanied minors under the age of 13 are not permitted to enter
the facility. |
| |
| 10. Customers are prohibited from occupying a computer after their internet
access time has expired. This is unfair because it prevents other waiting customers from gaining access to the systems. |
| |
| 11. Customers are prohibited from downloading or installing applications
on to the PC systems. Customers may however, download and install applications
to removable media such as floppy disks and USB flash disks. |
